  7. DISPATCH-A-RIDE is an easy-to-use computer-assisted scheduling system designed
  8. specifically for budget-minded organizations that directly operate or broker
  9. paratransit services.  DISPATCH-A-RIDE offers a cost-effective solution for
  10. paratransit operations which are faced with the task of scheduling up to 300
  11. non-subscription trips per day.  Assignments of trips to vehicles or to
  12. carriers can be made at the same time that the reservation is being booked
  13. (i.e.  while the caller is still on the phone) or later.  For any trip,
  14. DISPATCH-A-RIDE can calculate the user fare, the sponsor reimbursement, and/or
  15. the carrier payment for an almost limitless variety of pricing mechanisms.  At
  16. any point in the scheduling process (i.e.  before or after a date's schedule
  17. has been finalized), DISPATCH-A-RIDE can produce one or more driver sheets and
  18. two different dispatch sheets, one by client name and one chronologically by
  19. time.  DISPATCH-A-RIDE can produce standard billing reports, which are easily
  20. customized.  The system also supports electronic billing for Medicaid
  21. reimbursement.
